主要研究方向为多模态脑影像连接组大数据计算方法、高性能计算和可视化软件平台开发、重大神经精神疾病的脑影像研究。主持国自然面上、青年项目,入选北京市科技新星计划(2019年度)。参加国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、科技部863、北京市脑计划等10余项国家和省部级课题。共发表SCI论文51篇,其中以第一/通讯作者在Schizophr Bull、Cereb Cortex等发表论文24篇,共6篇入选ESI Top 1%高被引论文,论文Google总引用4070次,单篇最高引用1469次。担任国家自然科学基金、英国BBSRC基金评审专家,Neurosci Biobehav Rev、IEEE Trans Med Imaging、Neuroimage 等二十余个国际SCI期刊审稿人。
