牛海晶,博士,北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室985研究员,博士生导师。2006及2009年在天津大学和北京师范大学分获硕士和博士学位。2007至2009年在中国科学院自动化研究所模式识别国家重点实验室做访问学生;2009至2010年在美国德州大学阿灵顿分校(University of Texas at Arlington)从事博士后研究。2010年7月回国在北京北京师范大学认知神经科学与学习国家重点实验室工作,现为“计算神经影像与人脑连接组”团队成员。先后主持国家自然科学基金、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金、中央高校基本科研业务专项基金等课题。现为国际期刊《PLoS ONE》、《Journal of Biomedical Optics》、《Optics Express》、《Optical Engineering》的论文评审人。先后在Neuroscientists, Optics Letter, Optics Express, Journal of Biomedical Optics以及PLOS ON等本领域期刊发表SCI论文20余篇,获国家发明专利一项。担任北京市自然科学基金以及北京市科学技术奖的评委成员(会评)。
